Service Terms & Conditions
1. Weekly Booking Link & Scheduling
We will send out a weekly booking link as a reminder to schedule your filming sessions.
Clients are fully responsible for booking shoots on time to stay on schedule.
Missed shoots will not adjust your payment date.
If a shoot is missed, it may not be able to be made up during the same service month if there is no openings.
If the service month ends a missed shoot may only be made up if your monthly service continues into the following month.
While we send consistent reminders, it is ultimately the client’s responsibility to ensure all shoots are booked and completed each month.
2. Posting Schedule & B-Roll Content
To maintain a consistent posting schedule, if a client does not book or schedule shoots on time, we will create B-roll videos from existing footage to fill the posting calendar.
If you prefer that we do not create B-roll content, we can honor that—however, Media4You will not be liable for missed content or gaps in posting.
3. Communications & Slack Access
Each client will be added to a dedicated Slack channel with:
Your assigned videographer
The editing team
Your scriptwriter
All communication takes place during our standard working hours:
Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
4. Video Approvals & Revisions
We do not post any videos without client approval unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If client feedback or revisions are delayed past the posting deadline, the video will be posted the next business day to maintain consistency.
Revisions submitted outside business hours will be addressed the following business day.
5. Billing & Payments
Services may be billed monthly or bi-weekly.
Payment is required before the start of each service month.
Missed shoots or client-caused delays do not result in refunds, credits, or additional make-up shoots.
Make-up or carryover shoots are only available if service continues into the following month.
Cancellations must be provided 24 hours in advance.
We do not offer refunds once payment has been made.

Flawless works! I have 3 brands I manage, my son's brand, my husband's brand, and my brand!
